Do you fix the maintenance?
No, we don’t repair cars ourselves. We assist by taking your car to the mechanic, with a fixed $50 callout fee each time.
Does my car need a GPS?
Yes, we highly recommend having a GPS fitted. Speak to us about the options we offer.
What happens if my car breaks down?
Don’t worry. Every Turo trip includes 24/7 roadside assistance (jumpstarts, lockouts, fuel, tyre changes and towing).
What happens if my car gets in a crash?
Just like any other crash, it goes through the Turo protection and claims process, and we help you manage it from start to finish.
